Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re feeling like you have to do therapy perfectly, let me reassure you—you don’t. Just showing up is enough, and I will meet you where you are.
My journey has taken me through two careers, each shaped by my own lived experiences with relational trauma, perfectionism, and the relentless pursuit of achievement to feel “good enough.” I spent years as an attorney before finding my true path as a therapist. Along the way, I’ve learned that real growth doesn’t come from checking all the boxes—it comes from embracing the messy, imperfect, and deeply human parts of ourselves.
In my personal life, I’ve been happily married for 30 years to a wonderful man, and together we’ve built a blended family that includes our three amazing daughters. Life has taught me that there is beauty in imperfection and wisdom in the struggles that shape us.
I know what it’s like to push yourself to achieve, only to feel like it’s never quite enough. But I also know the freedom that comes from letting go of those expectations and learning to trust yourself. My approach to therapy is grounded in meeting you where you are, helping you navigate your challenges with compassion, and supporting you as you build a life that feels true to who you are—not who you think you’re supposed to be.
You don’t have to climb this mountain alone. Let’s take this journey together.
I specialize in working with ambitious, intelligent women who feel trapped by their own high expectations. Together, we will explore the roots of your perfectionism, build self-trust, and develop healthier ways to navigate the pressure you face.
I offer the following services:
I am accepting both in-person and online appointments.
Week 1
Week 2 Onwards
In subsequent sessions, we work towards your healing and wellness using advanced trauma therapy techniques like trauma therapy EMDR that appropriately address your trauma-based struggles. As we progress through therapy, your reactions and experiences are continuously assessed. We look at your family relationships, social life, work experiences, and more, making adjustments according to your response to the treatments provided.
Final Sessions
As your planned therapy sessions come to end, I check that you are satisfied with the trauma therapy and counseling you received and that our work with you has met expectations. In order to ensure that you are able to recall everything learned in therapy and will apply it long term, I also put together a plan for your success post-therapy.
Note: Trauma therapy for high-achieving women can be approached at a level and pace that feels comfortable for you. Should you wish to start with light therapy and work through counseling more slowly, for example, we are able to accommodate you with a variety of trauma interventions. Light talk therapy is a good option for those not ready to dive into their trauma.
We'll develop strategies that provide long-lasting solutions by working together to address the root cause of your problems.
I really enjoy helping people who are open to looking within themselves, and guiding them towards finding hope and healing.
Together we'll create a safe space where I can help you explore your inner world to facilitate personal change.
I am here to help you navigate through the challenges you may face in a judgment-free environment.
I am here to help you identify negative behavior and thought patterns or perceptions that may be holding you back.
Life isn't always easy. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point in life.
It's common to need help sometimes, and asking for help is a strength. You've used your strengths to solve problems in the past, but this particular situation might be making it hard to access those strengths. We can work together to identify those strengths and find ways to apply them to your current situation.
Mental health professionals provide a safe, confidential space to explore new perspectives and develop coping skills, free from judgment or expectations. They can teach you how to listen to yourself and manage difficult emotions. Therapy offers an objective perspective, unlike sharing with friends or family, which can lead to avoidance or discomfort later on.
Medication can be effective and is sometimes needed in conjunction with therapy. However, medication alone cannot solve all issues, as it only treats the symptoms. Our collaborative work aims to explore the root of the issue, delve into your behavior, and teach strategies that can help you achieve your personal and/or relational goals.
I customize my therapeutic approach to meet your individual needs, as everyone has unique concerns and objectives for therapy.

Everyone’s circumstances are unique to them and the length of time therapy can take to allow you to accomplish your goals depends on your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the factors that are driving you to seek therapy in the first place.
Your active participation and commitment to the work we do both during and outside of our weekly sessions are integral to your personal growth and development.
Do you want to overcome the pain and fear embedded in your memories? Find peace in your past and freedom in your life?
